Currently, office buildings, factories, hotels, infrastructure facilities, etc. are being constructed rapidly in Vietnam to support these industries. However, as industry becomes more sophisticated, the specifications required for facilities also become more sophisticated.

Facilities must be equipped with piping for water supply, hot water, etc. However, it is difficult to pay attention to it because it is hidden in areas that are not visible to the naked eye.  As a result, it can also cause problems later on.

The JINOX system proposed by Benkan Vietnam is based on the global system developed in Sweden and Germany and spread to another  countries around the world, mainly in Japan and Europe, and was developed Vietnam or neighboring countries. Features

    Sustainable piping

Stainless steel piping is said to have a lifespan comparable to that of a building. That's because stainless steel combines chromium with oxygen to form a protective film on the surface of the steel. This protective film has the property of quickly regenerating even if it is damaged in the presence of oxygen.

 

     Speedy and uniform construction

The time required to press the pipe with a special tightening tool after inserting the cut pipe is extremely short compared to traditional methods of welding and screwing. In addition, by using special tightening tools, uniform construction quality is always provided.

 

     Lightweight piping

Taking advantage of the excellent strength of stainless steel, JINOX pipes (JIS G 3448) have thinner walls than conventional metal pipes, making them lighter in weight and improving work efficiency.

 

     Healthy plumbing

Stainless steel piping is often used in hospitals and food factories. It will not rust, develop any strange tastes or odors, or pose any health hazards.

 

     Recyclability

The recycling rate of stainless steel is much higher than that of other piping materials, making it an environmentally friendly material.

Safety Funtions

JINOX is easy to install, just press it with a special tightening tool after inserting the pipe.

By using the joint structure and special die, construction management such as forgetting to press, wrong press location, insufficient pipe insertion, etc. can be easily managed, and the construction is stable no matter who does it. This allows us to achieve reliable construction quality.

Safety Edge

Two presses including the safety edge provide strong pull-out prevention performance.

Even if the pipe is not inserted properly, the safety edge effect ensures sufficient pull-out prevention performance (SAS322 standard) as long as there is no leakage in the water pressure test.

 

Safety sealing ring

The safety sealing ring prevents you from forgetting to press or pressing the wrong place. In case of non-compliance with the construction, leaks will occur during the water pressure test and abnormalities can be discovered.

 

Structure

JINOX can be used for general piping stainless steel pipes (JIS G 3448).

Heat-resistant butyl rubber (IIR) is attached to the curled part at the end of the all-stainless steel (SUS304) fitting body.

By inserting the pipe (applicable pipe) into the fitting body to the appropriate position and pressing it with a special tightening tool, uniform and sufficient strength and watertightness can be obtained.

 

   

Scope

•Compatible: Light gauge stainless steel pipes for ordinary piping (JIS G 3448).

•Usage: Water/ hot water, cold water, coolant water.

*Not suitable for steam piping.

*Please consult us on use for fluids other than listed above.

•Operating Pressure: 2.0 MPA (20.4 kgf/cm2).

•Operating Temperature: Under 80oC.

Standards

Conforms to Japanese standard SAS322 (Stainless Steel Association), corresponding to stainless steel pipes for general pipelines (JIS G 3448), conforming to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).

Installation

 

1. Cut the pipe

Cut stainless pipes with a cutting tool. (preferably with a rotary cutter to obtain a smooth cut surface without burrs)

   
 

2. Remove burrs

Please be sure to remove burrs if there any around the cut surface, using a remover or file.

   
 

3. Mark the insertion length on the pipe

Use the marking gauge (included in the press tool set) to mark the insertion depth on the pipe.

   
 

4. Insert the pipe into the joint

Check the rubber ring inside the joint. Insert the pipe fully into the joint until the mark reaches the joint end.

*Please do not damage the rubber ring.

   
 

5. Press the joint

Press the fitting with a press tool approved by Benkan.

*Please do not use press tools not authorized by Benkan Vietnam, as it may lead to an installation failure.

   
 

6. Checking

Use the hexagonal gauge to see if the installation was properly done.
