Vietnam is one of the leading countries experiencing rapid economic growth, and its economic growth rate is among the highest in the world. Among the member countries of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), Vietnam stand out as a country have achieved particularly high economic growth. This momentum has continued without slowing down for the past 10 years, and it is said that the same trend will continue for the time being.
The reason behind this is that many foreign companies, mainly in the manufacturing industry, are expanding into Vietnam in search of an honest and hard-working Vietnamese workforce. In addition, although traditionally Vietnam has mainly exported products produced within Vietnam, the development of the domestic economy has accelerated the spread of durable consumer goods such as home appliances and automobiles.
Currently, office buildings, factories, hotels, infrastructure facilities, etc. are being constructed rapidly in Vietnam to support these industries. However, as industry becomes more sophisticated, the specifications required for facilities also become more sophisticated.
Facilities must be equipped with piping for water supply, hot water, etc. However, it is difficult to pay attention to it because it is hidden in areas that are not visible to the naked eye. As a result, it can also cause problems later on.
The JINOX system proposed by Benkan Vietnam is based on the global system developed in Sweden and Germany and spread to another countries around the world, mainly in Japan and Europe, and was developed Vietnam or neighboring countries. Stainless steel is a long-lasting, sustainable, and hygienic material.
The JINOX system completes the joint by inserting the applicable stainless steel pipe into the joint body, which is made of stainless steel, and pressing it with a special tightening tool. Its features include light weight, fast piping construction speed, and a uniform finish. Because of its excellent properties, it can be called a sustainable lifeline that is friendly to people, facilities, and the environment.
① Sustainable piping
Stainless steel piping is said to have a lifespan comparable to that of a building. That's because stainless steel combines chromium with oxygen to form a protective film on the surface of the steel. This protective film has the property of quickly regenerating even if it is damaged in the presence of oxygen.
② Speedy and uniform construction
The time required to press the pipe with a special tightening tool after inserting the cut pipe is extremely short compared to traditional methods of welding and screwing. In addition, by using special tightening tools, uniform construction quality is always provided.
③ Lightweight piping
Taking advantage of the excellent strength of stainless steel, JINOX pipes (JIS G 3448) have thinner walls than conventional metal pipes, making them lighter in weight and improving work efficiency.
④ Healthy plumbing
Stainless steel piping is often used in hospitals and food factories. It will not rust, develop any strange tastes or odors, or pose any health hazards.
⑤ Recyclability
The recycling rate of stainless steel is much higher than that of other piping materials, making it an environmentally friendly material.
⑥ Renovation piping
In renovation work, consideration for the building side is an important issue. JINOX does not require the use of fire or the removal of water during construction, so it can be installed safely and without wasting time.
JINOX is easy to install, just press it with a special tightening tool after inserting the pipe.
By using the joint structure and special die, construction management such as forgetting to press, wrong press location, insufficient pipe insertion, etc. can be easily managed, and the construction is stable no matter who does it. This allows us to achieve reliable construction quality.
It has functions that add peace of mind to reliable piping construction.
Safety Edge
Two presses including the safety edge provide strong pull-out prevention performance.
Even if the pipe is not inserted properly, the safety edge effect ensures sufficient pull-out prevention performance (SAS322 standard) as long as there is no leakage in the water pressure test.
Safety sealing ring
(Heat-resistant butyl rubber: I I R)
The safety sealing ring prevents you from forgetting to press or pressing the wrong place. In case of non-compliance with the construction, leaks will occur during the water pressure test and abnormalities can be discovered.
JINOX can be used for general piping stainless steel pipes (JIS G 3448).
Heat-resistant butyl rubber (IIR) is attached to the curled part at the end of the all-stainless steel (SUS304) fitting body.
By inserting the pipe (applicable pipe) into the fitting body to the appropriate position and pressing it with a special tightening tool, uniform and sufficient strength and watertightness can be obtained.
