Mechanical coupling

Mechanical Joint is a type of "Coupling" product that is assembled using "mechanical form".
A special feature is that the product has consistent quality because the joints are assembled using a specialized tool to connect and prevent water leakage with rubber gaskets at the connection position.
JINOX is a coupling made by inserting the pipe into the coupling body to the limit position, and using a specialized tool to tighten it.
BENKAN Vietnam always provides construction instructions before construction for customers, because this will ensure product quality and construction quality.

Follow construction instructions

Training on construction methods, our sales department staff will contact you to carry out the training in the most convenient way for customers.
Construction manual (operational instructions) will be given to customers.
However, we think you will have little trouble just reading it.
During the construction training session, we will experiment with using specialized tools to connect JINOX products.
Normally, we will explain each step in detail according to the Construction Instruction Manual.
In addition, we will take the time to remind you of particularly important notes, but will also do it over and over again until you master it.
More specifically, we will teach examples of inappropriate construction practices and explain them, as well as give you advice on how to respond when encountered.
The construction process for JINOX products is very simple, but its simplicity can also lead to carelessness on the part of the construction worker.

Maybe some people will find it humorous to say that there are errors in construction because it seems impossible, but we strongly advise against this.
To avoid becoming a one-way construction instruction session, many customers have agreed to the instruction method by realistically simulating the errors that arise in the pipeline.

Instruction sessions will be held at each location according to need, after which participants will be given a certificate of attendance.
Even though you attended the construction instruction session on the previous project, we still hope you will still attend when there is a project at a new location.
In addition, after the construction instruction session, we will also conduct a review with you during construction at the project.
Only when customers are satisfied, when the construction project is completed, will we see the success of construction instructions.
Because this is a construction method rarely used in Vietnam, we will definitely seriously carry out construction instruction sessions, as well as support management during construction.
